While I didn’t add one word to my YA novel, I did start writing two other pieces.

Fridays are notorious for filling up with everything but writing so I am happy to announce that I did find the time to write at all.

Oh, and I also started a short personal essay that I’m going to submit to the Erma Bombeck Writing Competition. I just adore her wriitng, and this year her contest is open again. The winner gets to attend the University of Dayton’s Erma Bombeck Writer’s Workshop. It’s for humour writers, which I think I fall into especially my personal essay writing. Heck, my book title has ‘laughing’ in it. I’d so love to attend…

I feel like my days are melting into one like Toblerone pieces melting in a pot. I should probably start writing the date each time I do a write for VANNaNoWriMo so I don’t get confused.

Saturday is here. Not sure when I’ll write.

Miller has red ink all over her face. Must deal with that.
