Today marks the half-way point of Spring – aka Beltane! It gives me calm to know that we’re smack dab in the middle of re-wilding change…and that despite the chill that continues to assert itself, sustained summer warmth is coming. And, it’s Friday! Yahoo! OH, and it’s A FULL MOON tonight!

today the sky is canvas
and the leaves are lush
red green yellow
re-vision in real-time
scraggly-fingered branches
held in the alchemy of
seasonal change and
soon the full moon
will rupture the night’s
calm darkness with
its magnificent light
