b) include your mailing address and the number of copies you’d like. Please include any special dedications!

c) send an e-transfer of $20.00 (this includes shipping costs for me!) to me at shieldsvanessa@gmail.com OR send a cheque for $20.00 pay to the order of Vanessa Shields.
