If you haven’t had a chance to listen to this already, have a listen to my interview on Off The Shelf with host Adam Peltier on CJAM 99.1FM!

I did a workshop in Sarnia last week with kids in grades 4-6. We did Poetry On Demand and had fun with my Word World!

Last week’s event at the Budimir Library was a load of fun! We read Canadian poetry, discussed it, then wrote in response! It was an incredible experience to read to ourselves and then out loud to each other (very intimate, indeed!). Plus, we learned about different forms of poetry, and even wrote our own haikus! Thanks for your help Dorothy Mahoney!

We even got some Twitter love from poet Phillip Crymble. Very cool!

Please keep this in mind for your scheduling in May! Wednesday, May 10 11:30am at Fogolar Furlan Club, Windsor. United Way – Women Leading Women Literacy Fundraiser!

Continue to support the poets! Thank you!
